Individual Therapy

I offer individual therapy sessions remotely via video visit platform for clients located in Washington State.

Using Your Insurance

I am in-network with the following insurance providers:

  • Premera

  • Regence

If you are covered by another insurance company and have out-of-network coverage for therapy, I can also offer a superbill so you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement directly with your insurance company. To submit for out-of-network reimbursement, clients pay the private pay fee below and then submit the superbill for reimbursement of a portion of the cost. Please check with your insurance to verify coverage.

Private Pay

Clients can also opt to pay for therapy directly. Private pay rates are as follows:

  • Intake/Initial Appointment: $250

  • Follow-up Sessions: $200
